Rhadamanthus (Rhadamanthys) Greek Son of Europa and the god Zeus; brother of Minos and Sarpedon. According to Homer in the Odyssey, Rhadamanthus was the ruler of the Elysian Fields, where fortunate shades, or spirits, of mortals went after death. Later legends say that he was one of the judges of the Underworld (1).
