To conclude, I would like to say that personally, I loved this short story.
There was a lot of suspense,
and the fact that the killer discovers just at the end of the story leaves the mystery and doubt during all
history.
At the beginning of the story I totally grew that the killer was a child, in any event I thought it
was the driver.
I was very surprised by the twist.
I think it was very good and at the right time.
This
kind of literature which I like a lot, it is rewarding and surprising at the same time.
If Hitchcock loved
this story it’s because itself made a television series called "Tales of the Unexpected." And "Number
Eight went to the same topic as this series, this may be a Thiller has Contain suspense, crime or a
concern too, a murder mystery.
Anything like Hitchcock.
He also other titles, such as "The birds,"
"North by North West", "Vertigo" or "Psycho.".
