In Senegal, according to the authorities of the country, one in two children not attending school. Education is not compulsory and there are 2.4 million adult illiterates in the country. While in many countries, all children and adolescents attend school, he left too many or even the basic school education is not assured. Of these children, 40% live in sub-Saharan Africa. Therefore, much effort to do so that all children have the "right to education." One indicator of the Human Development Index (HDI) is education, essential for human development. Universal access to education has been claimed in many international conferences like the one held in Dakar.

Bentham.
Thus, we will not meet our responsibility before history and the future generations who will

shape the child and give the basis on which his personality will change.

This is why UNESCO, for the accomplishment of its mission, the
association favors: teachers, parents and students.
The Senegalese nation must pay more
attention to the problems of even the Senegalese school.
