Dear Sir,
We acknowledge receipt of your reservation of our house from July 4th to July 30th and thank you for the international money order you sent us as a deposit.
I can confirm that the house includes two bedrooms, one of them being equipped with two single beds for your children.
The house will be at your disposal at 4 p.m. July 4th. We'll be waiting for you (or you will find the key at ...). The balance outstanding is to be settled at your arrival.
We wish you a good holiday in (lieu).
