City of Sydney

Presentation We chose the city of Sydney. First we would like to talk about the city in general so the presentation. Secondly we will talk about her location and her history. Next the hobbies so animals ,parks and Landscapes. Then the Sydney's culture, so eating , events and finally tradition. I. ANIMALS In sydney , there are many species of Animals . There are : -Cructaceans (crab, bug ...) - Instects ( Ant, Bee, Wasps ) - Marine Fishes - Reptiles - Sharks and rays Those Kind on animal is not very nice and we don't very love them but there are too beautiful animals like : -glider (ecureuil volant) -koala -quoll -whale -wallabi In Australian in general so and in Syndney , The Animals are Very protected and in sydney there are many animals Reserves. II.PARKS In Sydney as I said before , there are many Animals Reserves and Wildlife sanctuary , ZOO or protecting natitonal Parks ; the bigger one is the Royal National Park , it's locating in the south of Sydney and it measures 15091 hectares . There are too Just simple parks (In sydney center or not) and amusement parks (for exemple : luna Parks). III. LANDSCAPES In sydney there are different type of landscape , the ocean and the beach , the sky , the city (in general or for exemple the sydney's opera) ... When we get up , we can see a wonderful Sunrise and when we go to bed a sunset. IV. TRANSPORTS In Sydney, you can go to work with many types of transports. To example, when the weather is beautiful, you can take the boat and pass in front of the sydney's opera. Or othersise you can take the train. In contrary, there are in Aix-en-Provence only bus. V. WEATHER In Sydney, there are 300 days sunny so in Winter or Summer, it is quite always warm. The temperature in Sydney are warmer as Aix. The mean max temperature is 21,7 °C and the coldest is 13,8°C so it's warm the whole year. In Sydney there are meteorological phenomenom like a red storm. With this weather, people can surf the whole year or go to out swimpool when the ocean is moderate. Now we are going to speak about what we love in the Sydney's Culture. VI. EATING The are very different typs of eating in Sydney. The best ice-cream come of Sydney, in the Cow and the Moon Dessert Bar and there are a lot of coffee shop. There are lots of ocean speciality too like fish and ships. VII. CULTURE Sydney host many festivals and some are most important to Australia. For the traditions the locals are very friendly and have a pretty good idea of humor. Every Australian has his own individual opinion.there is not authority. It schould be noted that relate very carefully to the "autochtones", so visitors to the city during the holidays schould also comply with all the rules and maintain order. The character of the inhabitants of Sydney can be traced in the style of clothing. VIII. EVENTS There are also many events: There is "new year eve fireworks" . It's a new year's fireworks in Sydney rightly considered as one of the world's finest. Sydney festival : The day Australian marks the anniversary of the day when captain Arthur Philip arrived with his fleet at Sydney cove and founded the first Australian colony. On this occasion ,the protest multiply in Sydney and ending harbour. There are also many festivals as Australian day, "movie extra topfest", "twilight at taronga concert series ",but this is for this events we like the city
