Director/ Hello Steven ! Welcome to our university.
It is a pleasure to meet you.
I suppose you’re here to meet the entry requirements…
Student/ Hello Miss Harvard ! It is an honour to be here with you.
Teacher/ Hello, I am Steven’s teacher, and I am here to help him attend
Stanford school.
D/ Please take a seat ! How are you ?
(sits) T/ Very well.
(sits) S/ I am good.
What about you ?
D/ I’m fine.
So, let’s get started.
Could you introduce yourself to me ?
S/ Of course ! My name is Steven.
I’m 19, and I’ve just finished my scholarship
at International London school.
Let me just say that even if my CV seems good, I
am not as perfect as you could think.
Indeed, I have not been a quite easy
student.
For example, in 9th grade, I started a fire on purpose in physics class,
and(shocked) T/ Steven, what are you saying ?? Forgive him, he is very stressed.
I
can assure you that his CV is fundamentally similar to his behaviour.
He is, of
course, a straight-A student, and has remarkable mental agility.
(doubtful) D/ I have no doubt about that.
T/ Moreover, many of his teachers refer to him as a gifted child(laughing) S/ Yeah, because I am gifted at doing stupid things.
Did you know
that last year, I played a trick on my French teacher ?
(angry) T/ Steven ! Will you please let me speak ?
S/ WellT/ Steven is a very quick learner.
He always gets full marks in all the core
subjects, and he has chosen many options like Latin and Greek in which he
excels.
D/ Oh, and I see that on his CV, it is written that he has a thirst for knowledge
and has a keen interest in languages.
It is also mentioned that you can handle
inconvenient situations with calm and dexterity.
Is it accurate, Steven ?
S/ Of course not ! Do....
